The free shipping policy only applies to orders placed and shipped within the United States. Order total must be $100 or above to qualify..

Items are custom made to order and are not returnable

Should you receive an item with an error or that has been damaged during transit please send an email with a photo of said item to info@favorsdecorandmore.com.

A replacement of the item will be sent at no additional charge.
